From the Classroom to the Boardroom.

A career built around helping people grow.

I began my career in a middle school classroom, where I spent 14 years teaching social studies, coaching colleagues on assessment, and leading instructional teams. That experience shaped the principle behind everything I do: understand the people in front of you, recognize their strengths, and help them see what they’re capable of.

I went on to lead sales, customer success, and strategic partnerships for growing education companies. I’ve built and led teams of up to 60, worked with some of the nation’s largest school districts, and partnered with founders, executives, and investors to evaluate market opportunities, strengthen sales organizations, and prepare companies for acquisition.

Throughout my career, I’ve spoken at state and national conferences and led workshops and cross-functional sessions. Whether I’m coaching a leader, facilitating a team, or speaking to an audience, I value the moment when an idea takes hold and people see a clear way forward.

I founded Langford Johnson Consulting to bring that experience to organizations across industries. Today, I partner with businesses on sales strategy, execution, and leadership development, speak on sales leadership and professional growth, and continue to help K–12 education companies navigate a complex market.

At every stage, from the classroom to the executive team to business ownership, the most rewarding part of my work has been helping people recognize their potential and take the next step.
